Factory of Madness: A Light in the Dark

The Factory of Madness is a story I created where the ghost of 31 children haunt the factory they died in.

Death has not been kind to the children of the factory. Once innocent souls have now become sadistic and murderous; all except one. The ghost of little Amy Thompson has been untouched by the madness of death. Cursed with her sanity, she has watched her friends and family become monsters. Whenever, she manages to escape her now psychotic brother's confinement, her spirit offers aid to any poor soul who has wandered into the facotry. But alas, unlike the others, Amy is as helpless as she seems, and when confronted with another child she can do little more then beg for their safe passage. Astonishingly, this seems to pull mercy from most of the children, for though cries from the living fall on deaf ears, the sight of Amy begging rekindles a spark of their humanity. Perhaps one day Amy can fully lighten the grudge that the other children of the factory bear, but for now all she can do is hide and watch.
